location everything quickly accessible, a bit old school but okay, room spacious

The breakfast is delicious with blueberries and scrambled eggs, for instance, had everything you could imagine.

The hotel and the equipment was very nice. All very clean. Big room. The area's pretty quiet. Short walk to the Oldtown.

The receptionist was very unfriendly and in no way helpful. We were neither greeted nor welcomed. After being asked for a city map we were turned away with a hint. When we asked where the centre was, she said she was not responsible for sightseeing.

Great location for concert goers

I stayed here for a concert and the proximity to the venue was just golden. Plus, breakfast had real eggs and bacon, a rare find these days that actually hit the spot!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still reasonable for the experience.

The staff was very nice and courteous. Location was good too.

But all in all it was quite expensive (without breakfast).

Fabulously friendly and helpful frontdesk. Nice and clean room with a nice courtyard with a pool. In the middle of city, very easy to get around to the mountains and other things to do. Check in and out quickly without any problems. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large and comfortable beds. The breakfast was american rich, the choice was big. Our favorite was the yogurt machine. You could switch to muesli/oatmeal with fresh fruit (orange, banana, blueberries, strawberries, apple) if you did not want to have a breakfast that rich. Now plastic dishes are gone and everything is perfect! Conference hotel was within a 10 minute walk (Hyatt).

The hotel is very close to the centre, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good with a wide choice.

All was clean and desk was very courteous, easy overnight and would stay again.

cheerful hotel, favourable location and outstandingly accommodating staff. modern & pet-friendly rooms with coffee table and the bathroom, for example. outstanding food and cold drinks. location next to the golden 1 center for the elton john concert, a bar/restaurant and proper nearby government. a huge variety of food options at a moderate distance from the venue.

The accomodations were excellent. The room was exactly like I viewed online. The staff were curious, helpful, and pleasant. Close to state capitol and easy access to downtown Sacramento.

I stayed here for a night and was super impressed when they quickly sent back the laptop accessory I accidentally left behind. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could be a bit better, but overall, it was a really pleasant stay 😊
